We Have Closure!

We had our walk through this morning at 10:00. We had another PM filling in because ours was on vacation. There were a few minor cosmetic items that they starting fixing right after we left, but other than that, the house looked great. Pictures will follow later.

Closing was a breeze. We were told to allow for an hour, but our appointment only took about 20 minutes. We signed, dated and initialed, and we were done.
