  2. Very nice options! You changed your elevation to match the picture...but will the colors be the same?

  3. @Noey - We haven't picked our exterior colors yet. Since we're contingent on the sale of our current house, we aren't in as big of a rush as we would be if we were a sale. I've really enjoyed reading your blog. I've learned so much from it. Thanks for sharing your experience!

  4. I love your selections! I am too excited about the stone you are getting on the exterior of your home! I wish I had that option! The carpet color is nice, too.

  5. I know this is an older post, but I just wanted to point out that I have that same laminate floor in my condo. I think they look very nice.

    1. I'm so glad to hear that! We have hardwood in our current home, but I wanted something more durable with kids, dogs and cats.

    2. Yeah, we have two cats and a dog. We put those floors in about a year ago. My dog has long nails --I can't figure out how to trim them without making her bleed -- and she has never left a scratch on the floors. They are very durable. When moving my desk, the keyboard drawer fell off and the corner of it landed on the floor. It left a dent but you can't see it unless you are looking for it. It's not noticeable at all!
