It would be awesome if there were some neighbors that could move with you next door but that is not realistic of course. Just have to make time to visit them or have them visit you.Thomashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03386807936042986024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3085328803316588406.post-837688172797045772012-05-22T19:11:31.309-04:002012-05-22T19:11:31.309-04:00I totally understand the bittersweet moments. We brought all 3 of our kids home here and the memories from birthday parties, and baptisms, etc. It's sad but you will have great new memories in the new house too! Something about a house that you brought a baby home to makes it a little more teary to say good-bye.WJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02606362520829272746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3085328803316588406.post-90155653475186252812012-05-22T08:14:33.848-04:002012-05-22T08:14:33.848-04:00Now you're going to make me cry :) It has bee...Now you're going to make me cry :) It has been great sharing this experience with you. I plan to stick around and update with house projects and such. It has been a great way to document since I have little time for scrapbooking these days. Good luck to you as you close and move in. We lived on a street that parents used to drop kids off at school (end of street). Amazing how fast they would fly down the street KNOWING kids were walking to school. A few of them met me personally when I stepped out and made them slam on their brakes so I could have a chat with them. The new house, three doors up from end of cul-de-sac has been great.Sgt.Richhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06908060926056178459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3085328803316588406.post-25510647754966017562012-05-22T08:06:24.427-04:002012-05-22T08:06:24.427-04:00I am getting teary-eyed! If you feel sad, think about all of the new memories you'll be creating in your new home. Congratulations and good luck tomorrow. I'll miss "seeing" you. Because we both waited such a long time to break ground and then had nearly identical construction schedules, I was always comforted by the fact that I had a friend who understood the ups and downs I was experiencing! Best of luck to you and your family! And most importantly - enjoy your beautiful new home!!

Jenn :)JBYhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10364499694116681193noreply@blogger.com
